Removing all tiles or remplacing em all?

Well it seems that when i passed my old map from version 7.1 to 8.4 some errors occurred and i didnt noticed, so i continued mapping and now when i try to open i get a debug because of the tile 521 (a red tile that isnt possible to add to the map via remeres map editor)

So anyway of removing all tiles with id 521 or remplacing them by the tile id 1548 (strange carvin)
