Funny because I tested on vista, it worked..that's why this tutorial is here. I hosted for years on vista.
But if you can't figure it out I cannot help anymore :/
There is registry edits to make it guaranteed fix that you can do.
(They are legit edits, that are based on real tutorials)

I'm using it on 0.4 (i tried many rev's) but when i try to login server crashes wtf?
I'm using windows 7 64 bits 8gb ram (TFS uses just 2,3 gb).
On tfs 0.3.6pl1 evrything works fine, but it isnt one that works on 8.6 protocol...

Did as you told and getting this error when i press enable/disable LAA support.

LAA configuration failed. The returned error was:
75: Path/File access error.

Tryed to run this program with and without "run as admin" using windows vista.

and Real Server 3.1

If you have a great computer but the server lags/crashes randomly or after 20 minutes everytime you are a victim of the 2gb cap.

Problem: The .exe file that you double click on to run your server only allows 2gb of RAM to be used at a time while running.

Solution: laatidosetup.exe - Speedy Share - upload your files here

download that.

AFTER you have laatido open

For step 1: go to your .exe you use to run your server and double click on that.

Step 2: click check for LAA Support (you shouldnt have at first)

Step 3: make a backup if you want..just click on it.

Step 4. Click Enable support button.

Check again just to make sure it worked (click check button)
