You gain more Reputaion Power by getting reputaion from others, and when you gain more posts.

Ye but isnt it weird that I, having 170+ rep points and 400+ posts have the same as a person with 80 posts and less than 100 rp? :o And 1/2 of Henkos who has about the same as Ath..

Thats why Im wondering, it has to depend on something else too =/

You can't. After you +rep an user you cant +rep him again (regardless the post) for a long while.

In my opinion "Rep" should be something you earn by merits, not something you beg for.
