Can somebody give me link for easy monster creator, please?

use notepad ++ to edit monsters in data/monstes

I've searched about 20 minutes, but all I found were broken links or threads with people getting reminded of using the search function.
But you can also edit them with notepad like XxxTotlxxX posted, I found 3 tutorials that might be useful.
