Every house will have NPC if this house have owner npc will have the name of owner if the house is not bought the npc will have name unknow
If House Is bought
Player:hi
Npc : hi player,To Get house info Say info
Player : info
Npc : To see how much house cost say $ , to see who is owner of this house say owner
Player : $
Npc : This house is for [House cost]
Player : owner
Npc : Owner Of this house is [Owner of house]
If House is not bought
Player : hi
Npc : hi player,To Get house info Say info
Player : info
Npc : To see how much house cost say $ , to see who is owner of this house say owner
Player : $
Npc : This house is for [House cost]
Player : owner
Npc : This house Is not bought So this house didn't have owner

The only way I see this possible is by making a script that will make a .xml of every player that buys a house with the exact same info as your NPC but with a different name, good luck with that !

you should put a NPC mission that gives a key of a house and put the door locked with the action ID of the key
