Since my 'Photoshop' experience is pretty bad, I'm asking someone here on the forum to create a fun, but still pretty cool 'Parrot Avatar'. If someone could help me I whould appreciate it alot.

• Colour(s): As the pic, with some cool effects.
• Name: Parrot in the left corner.
• Size: 100x100
• Frame: Yes
