request an OTC market script

good afternoon, i been away for a long time away from everything. but i need to ask if this request coulb be asked here.
ill need an otc client script (for a player side) that trade on market so it buy and sell Tibia Coins within ranges i set and a variable delay
can i post on otland for this??
