[Request] c++ 0.3.4 PL2 messages each/min in help channel each player

Can anyone fix sources of TFS 0.3.4 PL2.
Player can write message once for 40 second on help , and on trade channel once for 2 minutes.
If anyone can do this please help.

Czy ktoś mógłby zedytować pliki sources od TFSa 0.3.4 PL2 i zrobić anty spam na trade i help channel?
Na trade gracz mógłby pisać raz na 2 minuty a na helpie raz na 40 sekund.
