[Request] Close mysql/apache correctly after dropping pma/change password of it.

I think many have this problem when they change or drop pma user from xampp when you try to stop services mysql and apache they wont close correctly. After doing that they still remain in proccesses and doesnt want to close if making a thread how to fix this so it dont come up access denied and how to fix it would be great for many users.
