If it's an OT it's most likely custom made.
If it was on RL you might have to update the client

If Cipsoft had it as a test I doubt anyone has it, you might be able to extract it with some photoshop skills

It was not from cipsoft, it was from a game based on tibia, it would help me a lot, but I do not understand mt from photoshop
