Request for a rune advance on level script Rep+++!!

Example if you have sudden death rune:
when you look at it: You see a sudden death rune +1(100exp/500exp) to next level! for the rune! when you kill monster the rune exp too!
When you shoot you damage depends on the player level and the runes damage!
You damage 153
Gratz you'r sudden death rune has advanced to level 2!
You damage 223

For every level you damage more!

Is it a player-pseudoskill? like a bonus that applies no matter what particular rune of a type is being used? or is it 'item experience' where the rune (unlimited charges) itself gets more powerful with use?

When you shoot with the rune, its gain the exp of the damage! if you dont shoot it's doesnt get exp!

So it's based on the item and not the player. The rune can gain levels? Alright.
