Seems you're a bit lazy, but as you are pretty new here, download this aac manager which supports the TFS 0.3.2 version.

I'm not lazy at all, I checked all the accs, but I check it again now and its not good.

It works for the TFS 0.3.2 version, the last link I posted. If you can't get it work, then you don't know how to setup a AAC website.

1.6.7 and I know to setup web, Im doing servers for 2 years, Its not my first time.

Somewhat, yes.
Since I believe Gesior Acc is based on xampp 1.6.6 - But I could be wrong on that one.

However, do as Nikkster said, use xampp 1.6.6 since it's much better.

If you don't see any errors press link to STEP 3 - Add tables and columns to DB. If you see some errors it mean server has wrong configuration. Check FAQ or ask author of acc. maker.Database error - can't open SQLite database. Possible reasons:
D:/Games/Tibia/ots/Adventure/ - file isn't valid SQLite database.
D:/Games/Tibia/ots/Adventure/ - doesn't exist.
