[Request] Guild System?

Hey everybody! I tell you whats my problem:
I'm making a sv, TFS v 0.3.6, it's going good, but I dont know how to put a Guild Master or a Guild System for the players!! And I hope you have something to help me!

Its done with talk actions now, and I don't think NPC is possible to make because the functions don't exist.

And do you have the .xml files??
Because, the only command I know for guilds is '!createguild <name>'
