Don't forget to change Riona to the name(s) of your NPC(s).
 
Going to test it :)

Edit 1: Made the changes and then a reload NPC and doesn't work... Now restarting OT.
Edit 2: It show the price with the 15% lower, but you buy it with the same price... And now restarted the OT.

I used trade window and the items were at:

shopModule:addBuyableItemContainer({'holy'}, 7343, 2295, 3000, 4, 'fur bag holy missile rune')

and at XML part of the NPC, tested both.

I made something like this long time ago for TFS 0.3 beta (when you buy in 'your city' [check: position of player, position of NPC (is in x,y,z range), town id of player] you pay 10% less - WORK WITH 'TALK' AND TRADE WINDOW).

POST LINK TO YOUR data/npc/libs IN THIS THREAD. I'll try to edit it and add modifications + simple config.
