I would like someone to construct a similar design as to my halo 3 signature. I would like it to be the same:
Size
Style
Similar text effects, instead of blue lines make them Neon green

@up, its nice but text doesn't blend well with it, the background that is, especially the MW2, and the animation is sorta...awkward.
