[Request] NPC Script (Please Read)

I request an npc script which is compatible with and 8.54 TFS based OT server.

The npc features are seen below..


Name: Treant
NPC Purpose: Teleporting a character to another room
Key word for teleportation: "secret"
Answer to keyword: "I am sorry, but if you wish to pass through to the secret.. You must be willing to pay me for such a service!", "The price I ask is but 5000 gold pieces, and a hydra egg.."
Successful teleport response: "Abra Kadabra!"
Unsuccessful teleport response: "Come back when you have what I am looking for.."
Looktype: Haunted Treeling

So he teleports a character to another room, no strings attached, but he tells them he wants 5k and a hydra egg?

Or do you want him to actually take the items from the player? I'm confused.
