[Request] Proper house file for real map?

Well, I've downloaded a few RL maps and took their houses.. Some of them are quite nice, BUT.. All door positions is wrong... And it is about 1k houses so I'm not in the mood to fix them all.. So I wonder if someone got a quite good working house file for the most common cities.. Svargrond is not a must, but it would be great if it's in there ^^
