Request remake of pixel search

I would like someone to recreate this pixel scanner via autohotkey program which scans for a pixels in a certain area and then the mouse left clicks on the area then keeps clicking until it disappear

Now, I am not saying that someone here won't make you that script, but you would probably have better luck over at the autohotkey forums.
