Webdesign [Request] Removing "Cipsoft"

Heeya,
What i'm trying to do is to remove the name "Cipsoft" and instead of it i want it to be black.
Possible to do?
My photoshop is expired so got no use to it.
I'm fixing it atm but will take some time.

Possible to another one with "Grimera" in it?
Choose the letter type and colours etc by ur self, make it look good
