Windows Request Restarter Script

I need a script which should restart my server im useing the forgotten server 0.2 with gesior war mode and the client is 8.4 and ofc its sql.

the thing is that i want it do restart automatically after like 1h

i want the server to automatically restart itself not a .exe file i press

Set globalevent shutdown and use restarter.
