[Request] Simple Script

Hello i need script (talkaction) i hope someone helps me
well what this do is checks if player have X storage value for using command and if he does
when player moves it will leave X item where he walked player can use !on and !off
to activate and deactivate.

can someone please help me?

there isn't a good way to do this properly, the closest thing would be events
