[request] Submenu problem

Hello,

I've a problem with inserting a new submenu. I insert the menu in 'Index.php' but when i go to the website the submenu doesnt appear.
Can someone help me with it?

you need insert in on the layout.php too.

something like this

<div id="menu-top">Account</div>
                        <div id="menu-cnt"></div>
