Player can use command !report then its come a dialog in the dialog they can write what they want report and over the dialog its says: Write below and Gm's will trying to answer it soon as possible.
When they have write done and click ok, your report has been sent.
Then in the server a log will be created and there will all reports come. its like ctrl + r,
You may wonder i want this, because my ctrl + r doesnt work.
