GlobalEvent REquest talking tp script for mystic spirit 0.2.1

i've tried all the scripts on this forum for talking teleports with no luck, the closest i got was using mocks V3 without global events version of it and it repeated a few times then crashed. i assume there was something wrong with the looping. if anyone has any ideas on how i can get a talking teleports script working using globalevent preferably i'd be very thankful =)

I'm bumping this because I have not found any script working for 0.2+

I've tried Shawak's but it keeps spamming
