REQUEST! Turning stuff

Hello! I may sound retarded or just really dumb but I don't really care at the moment. I've been mapping for few days now and I still don't know how to turn a ladder/stair to another angle. I don't even know if its possible but it would be nice If someone could tell me if there is any opportunity to do it.

Usually there are 4 different IDs with 4 different directions the stairs are looking at.
AFAIK ladders only have 1 direction, facing north?

Browse through your mapEditor IDs.
But there should also be a function to turn them (try rightclicking them, then rotate?)

Was mainly thinking about ladders, Some ladders just exists in 1 direction and if I want that ladder to face like, north instead of west then Its not possible for me.. When I right click on the ladder the only things that I can press on Is : Cut/Copy/Paste/Delete/Select Raw/Select Doodabrush/Select GroundBrush and properties :s

if the ladder have only 1 direction no more, then it means only 1 direction. Else u need custom sprites for it!
u can try by pressing the Z button
