[Request] Vampiric Touch which also works on creatures.

Hello,

I found an awesome script, a spell for knights. But unfortunatly this script only works with PK. It uses the lua function: GetPlayerFlagValue.

Is there anyone who knows what to edit to make this work on creatures as well?
