Because I'm not good in creating NPC's I'd like to request someone to make me a NPC which requires VIP, or else it won't talk to you.

y = 1097
z = 6

Storage ID

11551 // must be bigger as 0 so (11551 > 0)

Town name

VIP land

name doesn't matter.
