Border: 1px Black Frame, 2 px, gray inner frame, beneath black frame layer, Gray layer inner frame blend mode = Soft Light
Render/Stock: See bottom of request.
Colours: Dark vignette blur, around outside, brighter orange towards middle.
Additional: Smudge Effects, not too many, black and white the stock, and follow the colours ^

Its not bad, :) I gave you a challenge i think :p, you didn't do too bad :p try experimenting with your smudge brush settings, (f5) when using the smudge tool :) also when resizing an image, ctrl+shift+t hold shift and drag the corners, it will keep the proportions correct, and sharpen it once if it goes blurry :3
