Requests Client updater

Im searching for a DLL or script that will say if we have an update:

Update available
Please download new client on the website.

So you will have the right .spr .dat .pic
I hope someone can help me.

Just make a launcher which will check for updates and then run the client. You may find premade launchers using google I guess.

I couldnt find any good premade clients with an update checker.
Is it possible to make something like that with a Lua script?
