Hiho wanted to ask how can I put required reborn on a item? As explain

you must be reborn 100 to use the armor

what reborn system are you using? most likely need to add GetPlayerReborn function to engine
check how you need xlvl for this sword to be used works most likely source + items.xml

Anywhere you want to use it. It's just checking the players storage value against another value.

In OP's case, that is the storage value he used.
Yours may be different.

You'd put it in your movements script for that armor.
