Graphic Designer Resizing my logo

Images in internet are getting bigger. My logo is old and it has only 96x96 px (double sized in Paint to 192x192):

It looks bad when I use it as github profile image:

Is there any graphic who can resize it to ~400x400 (or ~800x800) and make it look smooth and sharp?

It would be relatively easy remake it as an svg image. Then you can resize it to whatever you want. Or if you use the svg on the web it will always be crisp.

I see some JPG artifacts near edges. Thanks anyway for a try. I will use @Saphron image from now.
