What i do to make a modify in my sources to have a max items per tile?

I wand make a block to put items in pz however he make effects out pz zone but need make effect in pz zone.

On my server this command: tileLimit = 15. only works, but it only limits pz items out of this other command: maxItemsPerPZTile = 5 it does not work.

in 0.4 there's protectionTileLimit and houseTileLimit
