Hello! I closed my server yesterday and changed port because I was gonna try some things without players online, just my test characters but when i changed back to 7171 port some house were cleaned, why? is it possible to get them back with the items in it?

Why didn't you say: /closeserver instead? xD
So nobody except for gods, Cm's and Gms could enter your server

Because I said that I had to test things ingame with normal characters

I said that you could just change the ip in config.lua instead of changing the port to try things with the server "offline" but that wasn't your question.
Anyway, if you don't have a Backup of the server you can't get the items back.
