[REV 3972] the latest tfs for 64-bit

Hello, i just compiled tfs for windows 64x systems (i am currently run it on my windows server 2008)

and since i seen many requests for it i tough i will post it here.

TheForgottenServer exe

you might need file, libeay32.dll to run this so i also post here

I use win7 64Bits and your exe file is running in *32 Bits mode (Compatible Mode)

you make an tutorial for compile in 64bits?
