RL Map or Custom RPG-War?

Which one should I finish making and buy hosting for?

My RPG war server which is a custom map and has tons of quests and spawns and big city for war; people will need to make friends considering the spawns and quests are impossible to handle alone, making it more of a RPG, War server, possible more like guild wars.

OR

A real life map 8.60 server, with small customizations where needed; as well as many features for players. One or two custom cities would obviously be a must, other than that most of the map would stay the same. Features too would be great, mounts aswell as pets, talk actions, spells, etc.

So what would you guys play?

Alright, lets keep those votes coming. Im working on a server right now thats a PVP-Enforced/RPG War. I hope on making it quite an addicting server if thats what most people like to play. I also have a completely working RL Map though, that has all the major quests already scripted so if I started a team we could just work on finishing it up getting the best team for it and the best hosting possible for it.
