You first need to get premium and then you must post in the marketplace section.

The fastest way to get level 100:
Step 1: Bot
Step 2: Repeat step 1
Step 3: Keep repeating step 1 & 2
Step 4: If by now you didn't get level 100 process to step 5
Step 5: Quit Tibia
