Well, its for 10.91
I wanna use a Evolutions from 8.6 and convert it to 10.91, is that possible?

yes you can but it can a lot of error get but i dont know in not the expert in map so test it my first a backup and than test it

Im 99% sure you can use the same map editor for those versions.

You need to add the client to RME, it won't recognize clients by default.

Then you did something wrong or the source code is bugged.
Try again and see if you missed something.

Highly doubt it, I guess you can try to open an issue here and see what they have to say; GitHub - hjnilsson/rme: Remere's Map Editor
But the last PR was in july, so maybe someone else took over the development.
