The tibia.dat, tibia.spr and/or items.otb files that your RME uses are not the same as the ones your client and server are using. Thus, RME displays everything as it is setup in its data files, and your server displays something entirely different. (MOST likely a problem with items.otb not being the same, but it could also go deeper to .dat and .spr, check that out asap)

my server is 10.78 but the map is 10.76 ..

There's a clue for your problem. Going back to the items.otb file I mentioned already, it is most likely that they don't match up. You can find the items.otb file your RME is using in its folder > data > serverversion.
And your server's items.otb is in data/items/

I'm not even sure if the tools exist that can work with both of those versions, but if yes, convert your 10.76 map to a 10.78 (you might need to edit your RME's dat/spr signatures as well) using RME, and make sure the items.otb file used in both instances are the exact same. I might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure OTItemEditor allows you to upgrade/downgrade your items.otb's version using an option in the software (in the Tools menu, or something like that)
