Replaces items.otb by the tfs 0.4 and still the error.

Yes you'll still get it, but if you're using the correct OTB while saving the map, you shouldn't get that error again.

That was the problem.
I had replaced the Item.otb by my server.
Version 8.6 (old)
Only now is giving conflict ids exchanged
Would any solution about it?

Then replace your server's items.otb (data/items/items.otb)!

I have many items.xml edited in my server.
So I can not change.
But I found an effective solution.
The RME bug to exchange the items in version 8.6
So I threw my Item.otb 8.54 in folder of RME.
So I started working with map version 8.54.
Now stopped making mistakes.
