RME doesn't load the map

Hello everyone, I have a certain issue. I have a map from an OTS 7.6 (Open Tibia Server). This OTS had its own client, and RME (Remere's Map Editor) is not reading this map because there were probably changes made, likely related to items. I've tried opening the map with every version of Tibia, but unfortunately, without any results. This OTS hasn't been operational for 5 years, and I also don't have the client anymore. Is there a way to read the map's code, identify the changes, and transfer them to RME so that it can be used exclusively for this map?
