RME ERROR! Need a help.

(I already posted thread like this but it dissapear somewhere, i cannot check the thread page anymore, so i will re-post it..)

I have a problem with my RME !I had 2.2 and i downloaded the latest RME (3.3 or smth) and then when i tried to open any of them i get this error:

• RME.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll.

I've already made a thread called ''RME Error'' but it didn't helped much.One guy called ''Maltexor'' answered on it but also i didn't find a way to get out with this error..
I've tried to:

-Re-install my system packages.
-Re-install like 10 times Net Framework.
-Delete everything of RME + Tibia and download it again.
-Tried another RME versions and they worked..Just the one for 8.60 wont work (the one i use).
-Download mvscrt.dll and put it in RME file.
-Use my Dll files fixer and install every recommended file.

I really don't know what to do anymore, i have much new projects and things to do..Important things.And, becouse of that RME i cannot do anything.
So, i need a help urgently.
If anyone know how to fix this, please respond on my thread and help me to get out with this error.
