Idk if it is right place to write about this,

Open it in Remere 3.0 beta (live). Go to Map, Properties, then Client Version 8.6 (or lower), save and open it in your 2.1 mapeditor. Or just download Remere 2.2.

The way you can solve this is to import the map to an empty map.
Or open with an old rme (some versions works) and then save the map and then open again with your rme that you're using right now.
Or open map editor, ctrl + p and try to change map version, (doesn't work always)

I suggest my first solution, but both works.

Lol u kidding me im gonna import my map it gonna be fuckt up + its gonna be fuckt up at monsters ,tps and etc.

No it won't, if you create a new map and import everything it will work, and all monsters and everything will still be there. I had exactly the same errors as you had when I changed rme version. Then I solved my problem by importing my map into an empty map. And everything still works fine several months later..

Just put x/y offset to 0 and everything will be as it was before that error.

Replace the msvcrt.dll with another one and try agian, it seems to be a missing line inside your .dll file

But I promise you that importing the map is way easier.
