Hello, I decided to create small extension to RME

TODO: walls, separate library to own category(like KOD - Feyrist), separate cobra bastion to own category

how install: click win(key with windows symbol)+r -> %appdata% -> Ok -> Remere's Map Editor -> extensions -> paste extension here
