RME looking for specific item

Hey guys!

So I'm trying to make a boat on my server and im running into problems. i feel like one of the pieces is missing ive been looking for an hour and its only 1 piece left to complete it but i cant find it

this is where im stuck the bottom left side. is there something im missing? also all boat tutorials on otland have the images removedView attachment 77066
