RME Map Editor can't write text on signs in 7.6

As title says, I can't write text on signs when mapping for 7.6 version.
With Simone's map editor there is no problem with that. Should I edit items.otb and add text attribute or something?

Depends on the server you are using.
I remember in really old servers a signs.xml file existed which you used to edit signs with location/pos and texts.

If you are using a server without such file, switch to a more updated map editor, RME for example and add a attribute.
