Windows RME Map Editor not working on WINXP

Well, I have a problem when starting RME (in all versions), I tried searching on google and nothing seems to fix my problem, this is the error that I receive when trying to execute RME.exe:

NOTE: Yesterday I restored my system like 2 days ago bcz I was unable to start windows and before that RME worked perfectly.

Does it for me too, except it says "cannot find mscvrt.dll in the dynamic link library blah blah blah".

install visual c++ redist as stated here

For me didn't worked installing visual c++, it shows the same error,

also i noticed that Tibia.exe client also takes like 2 mins to start, and before the restore only taked like 5 or less seconds, what's wrong?

EDIT: lol, seems to working RME now, but now when the map is loading 100%, keeps freezed, also with an empty map, here's a screenie:

any special reason for you to use such an old version of RME? 2.0

Well, I was testing older versions, bcz the newer don't works for me, 2.1 worked, but I was only testing different versions, and in 2.0 RME started, but stays there

Yes, cannot be opened, it gaves me the following error: cannot find _except_handler4_common in the dinamic library something like that..

Yes, this is weird, before the restore all was working perfect.
