RME old-new

Hello guys and ladies. I have a question. I have RME 8.6 and I would like to add a new items from RME 10+
Will I have to do smoething else than add only those items to RME (extensions, data itp)

What about the tibia client? Will be read items form RME 10+ on the tibia client 8.6?

Sprites in newer versions aren't present in the old clients.

You can't use 8.7 sprites in 8.6 for example.
You either need custom client with added sprites or just simply newer client.
