You have to use the correct version of RME or Tibia. Try other clients. That problem happened me too, but i used other client.

It'll only work up to 8.71 since OTB structure was changed then

And why 2.0 if latest is 2.1?

It's an okay link , but it doesn't give you a choice of which one you want , there's only one..
It took me years to find a safe 8.54 RME link. <_<
