Lua Rookgaard blocked to buy in the shop (Gesior)

Hello, can someone help me to do this?

I do not know much about php codes were wanting a little "if" and "else" on the purchase in the shop (Gesior 2012) to block anyone who is Rookgaard and can not buy

This will prevent characters with no vocation appearing on the drop down character list as well as prevent players from sending an item to another player through the "To Player:" option.
