Magic banana for president, i could consider playing a 9.x with 7.x exhaust system though, if there was no other server to play.

i dont get what ppl always want with the new/better graphics in tibia. if you like fancy graphics i'd advice u any mmorpg but tibia xD. i started to play tibia cuz it was unique, but cipsoft tried everything to turn it into a 2D-WoW, they also made it so damn easy that every 6 years old brazilian with down syndrom could success in it. The new graphics remind me of that and could never bring back the feelings i had when i was playing tibia 7.4 on cip's severs.. :s

What Original is trying to say is that there are more bots with a lot more functions for tibia 9.6+ than for tibia 7.4 what results into a lot more botters on newer clients.

agree with everything you said in this thread except I say go with the latest client. (9.8 or maybe 9.9? by the time the server is ready). Its an OT you can have any feature you want with the most graphics and features to use if they are needed/wanted.
